Robotics Maintenance Specialist

About the Role:
As a key member of our team at Insight Global, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients' international operations by maintaining and troubleshooting robotic systems to ensure their optimal performance. You will work closely with teams across Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing & Supply as they enhance their internal processes and robotic platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Uphold company values and adhere to safety and equipment protocols.
* Perform cleaning, maintenance, and testing procedures on robotic systems to ensure successful operation in the field.
* Manage logistics for robots, including packing, staging, and shipping to customer locations.
* Document all activities to maintain accessible records of robot health and history.
* Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot robotic systems and improve internal processes.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Requirements:
* Ability to pass a background check and drug test
* At least one of the following qualifications:
o Two years of hands-on experience with electro-mechanical devices.
o Associate degree in a relevant engineering or technical field.
o Completion of a technical trade school program.
* Self-motivated with the ability to maintain a high operational pace.
* Confidence in your abilities, open to feedback, and committed to ethical conduct.
* Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and effective time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills to collaborate with all levels of staff.
* Demonstrates resilience and commitment to completing tasks.
* Ability to lift, carry and climb stairs while carrying up to 50 pounds. * Previous leadership or management experience.
* Familiarity with asset management, MES, or related platforms.
