About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team at Heron Ridge Associates. As a mental health professional, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our clients and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients with a range of mental health concerns
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Participate in regular peer review and clinical site leadership to maintain high standards of practice
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, including a minimum of 15 scheduled visits per week
Requirements
  • Active LMSW or LPC licensure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong clinical skills and experience working with children and adolescents
