About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team at BJ's Wholesale Club. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will be responsible for optimizing our distribution center operations to drive efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse operations and reduce costs.
  • Develop and maintain engineered labor standards to ensure accurate labor allocation and productivity tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices in supply chain management.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of supply chain operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field with 5-7 years of experience.
  • APICS certification and experience with AutoCAD, Enterprise Resource Planning, and Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
