About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team at BJ's Wholesale Club. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and optimizing operations across our distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of operations
  • Develop and maintain work measurement programs to optimize labor utilization
  • Plan and oversee the layout of distribution centers, cross-docks, and satellite facilities
  • Analyze data and research activities to recommend business process improvements
  • Manage various process improvement projects and champion improvement opportunities in safety, productivity, cost savings, and quality
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering with 5-7 years of experience or a Master's degree with 3-4 years of experience
  • Specialization or prior experience in Supply Chain/Logistics in a Distribution Center environment
  • APICS certification is a plus
  • Experience in using AutoCAD, Enterprise Resource Planning, Warehouse Management System, and Transportation Management System
