We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Brightpath Associates LLC. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for designing and specifying mechanical systems for a variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the designing and specifying of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and control systems.
- Perform load calculations, equipment sizing, and selection for assigned projects.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other project team members to support project design.
- Generate construction documents using AutoCAD/Revit.
- Manage multiple projects through design to completion of construction.
- Coordinate with design team professionals of other disciplines to ensure proper coordination on construction documents.
- Research and apply applicable codes to design.
- Perform project site visits during design and construction to ensure proper implementation of the design documents.
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or equivalent BSMT.
- 4+ years of related engineering experience.
- Professional Engineer License required.
- Salary commensurate with education and work experience.
