Position Overview

This posting is intended for candidates attending the National Sales Network Career event.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary focus of the Clinical Sales Representative role is to effectively promote and enhance the utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System across various specialties within a designated territory.

Sample responsibilities include:

  • Formulate a sales strategy to boost robotic system usage across multiple healthcare facilities.
  • Guide surgical teams through training sessions, Operating Room integration, and da Vinci Surgery applications.
  • Become an expert in da Vinci Surgery across all primary surgical specialties.
  • Support regional Sales and Marketing initiatives that promote system awareness and procedure adoption.
  • Create a tailored da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure independent system usage.
  • Drive ongoing expansion of the user base by collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Mentor new team members to cultivate high-performing clinical sales professionals.
Qualifications

Required Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of external sales experience, including at least 2 years in healthcare sales, is required.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation packages, including base salary plus commission, benefits, and equity. The target earnings for this position are competitive and commensurate with experience.
