Overview

Roto-Rooter is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for conducting territory sales visits, pursuing sales opportunities, and solidifying leads generated from field service technicians and call centers.

Responsibilities
  • Follow up with current customers to offer established solutions to their plumbing or water problems.
  • Use an established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to quote repair/replacement options/solutions and close the sale.
  • Be a trusted informational resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
Requirements
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Plumbing experience is not necessary or required.
  • Organized self-starter with an outgoing personality.
  • A working knowledge of common software programs.
  • Previous experience with outside sales of in-home services is strongly desired, but all outside sales experience will be considered.
