Tapas Bartender

At Caf Sevilla, we are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Tapas Bartender to join our team. As a Tapas Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our unique culinary offerings, and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

• Promote and sell our signature tapas dishes, unique beverages, and other specials/promotions.
• Follow our Steps of Service to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Use our Opening and Closing Checklists to track completion of opening and closing procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and requests in a timely manner.
• Evaluate the quality of all items being served, ensuring they meet our high standards.
• Produce drinks according to our recipes and expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to our sanitation and safety policies.
• Collect funds for payment of all food and beverages served, following our cash handling procedures.
• Address routine guest concerns, notifying a manager immediately for any non-routine issues.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related experience and/or training in a fast-paced, fine dining establishment.
• Working knowledge of state and federal safety and sanitary requirements.
• Current Food Handler's Card and LEAD Card.
• Working knowledge of our POS and timekeeping systems.

Our work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. You will be working in close quarters with our team, and a clean, well-kept presentation is required at all times.
