We are a dynamic, fast-growing business development firm seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate Lead to foster impactful relationships with partners and drive prospective client growth. The ideal candidate will build relationships and collaborate with the sales team to develop customized business development and sales campaigns. This role requires working closely with the Sales Manager to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities by qualifying leads, leveraging existing relationships, participating in networking events, and directly engaging with potential clients
  • Assist in creating and executing a strategic sales plan to identify and prioritize key locations within the designated territory
  • Exceed sales targets by participating in campaigns/programs to continuously move new business through the sales cycle
  • Identify, qualify, and close prospective target accounts while providing exceptional service to existing customers
  • Consult with management to gain a thorough understanding of current product needs, challenges, and trends to offer tailored solutions
  • Provide expert product knowledge presentations showcasing products and services to potential clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for individual accounts and territories

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Self-directed, adaptable, and able to manage competing demands
  • 1-3 years of experience leading, motivating, and managing program teams, including internal and external resources
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across multiple areas to achieve common business objectives
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with management, staff, and clients

$60,000 - $80,000 per year
