About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous Electromechanical Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the quality and reliability of our electromechanical products. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in inspecting components, housings, and finished assemblies to ensure they meet established work instructions, industry standards, and drawings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect components, housings, and finished assemblies of electromechanical products using low/high-power microscopes, test equipment, and handheld inspection tools.
  • Verify conformance to established work instructions, industry standards, and drawings.
  • Record inspection results accurately and promptly into the Quality Management System (QMS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to report and document non-conformances.
  • Work with engineering to provide detailed reports on non-conformances and assist in implementing corrective actions.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection processes and efficiency.

  • Ability to follow work instructions
  • Ability to obtain security clearance and must be able to obtain an interim clearance prior to starting
