Job Overview

The Qualified Mental Health Professional plays a pivotal role in enabling individuals to achieve and maintain community stability and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans tailored to client needs
  • Provide family relationship building and parenting skills training to promote healthy relationships
  • Offer case management services as needed, ensuring seamless coordination between agencies
  • Foster independence by providing training on activities of daily living
  • Maintain accurate documentation of clients' medication regimens and appointment compliance
Requirements
  • A degree in psychology, social work, or a related field OR A bachelor's degree in a human services or related field, AND a minimum of two years experience in related field
  • Experience in direct support roles within mental health settings is preferred
  • Strong crisis management skills and ability to respond effectively under pressure
  • Knowledge of community-based mental health residential support services principles and practices
