Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply single lash extensions and volume lashes with precision and attention to detail
  • Market our services and promote Deka Lash in the community
  • Book and manage client appointments during the training period
  • Discuss lash membership options and maintain monthly sales goals
  • Monitor client bookings and ensure prompt and present attendance for appointments
  • Work weekends and evenings as required
  • Contribute to studio cleaning activities and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Continuously develop and perfect your skills and knowledge in lash extension techniques
  • Consult with clients to design and create personalized lash designs
  • Provide education and recommendations to clients on home care of their eyelash extensions
Essential Requirements:
  • Current Georgia esthetician or cosmetology license
  • Experience applying lash extensions
  • Availability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings
  • Punctuality for shifts and client appointments
  • Positive and upbeat attitude with excellent communication skills
