Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AP Specialist I to join our team at PGA TOUR Superstore. As a key member of our Accounts Payable department, you will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor relations, and ensuring timely payments. If you have a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and a passion for finance, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices accurately and timely for Expenses, Critical services, Special Orders, and Ecommerce daily in SAP and Coupa.
• Maintain high productivity levels of invoice processing.
• Review supplier statements for past due activity and request and process those past due invoices and credit memos as needed.
• Follow up on pending requests to ensure they don't age over 30 days without resolution.
• Interact extensively with departments and suppliers to resolve invoicing and payment problems.
• Provide timely and professional responses to all phone calls and emails.
• Participate in projects assigned by the AP Supervisor in support of AP objectives.
• Compile and provide feedback to the AP Supervisor for improving processes and updating policies.
• Report timely to supervisors regarding weekly productivity, recurrent department or supplier issues, and supplier statement status.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred.
• Minimum 2-5 years' experience in a finance or payables related position.
• Retail and exception processing experience highly preferred.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills, with good verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, excellent ERP financial system knowledge, and basic MS Office skills.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing and completing requests efficiently.
• Self-directed, assertive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced organization, with the ability to work independently to solve business issues.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:

• Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods, with variable desk heights available for comfort.
