Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 8+ years of experience in operations or manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a chemical manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software applications.
  • Experience in a unionized setting and/or with facilities governed by OSHA's Process Safety Management standards is advantageous.
