Swing Shift Mitigation Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to work as a Swing Shift Mitigation Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to emergency situations, mitigating property damage, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to emergency situations and mitigate property damage in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Perform quality and consistent work on all jobs, ensuring that our high standards are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Respond quickly to emergencies and maintain communication with project managers.
  • Follow and enforce established safety practices, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Delegate crews on commercial and residential losses and provide quality control.
  • Maintain organization on all job sites and keep vehicles ready for response.
  • Inventory control on job sites and properly train new hires on best practices.
  • Promote and establish good teamwork and jobsite security and safety.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a felony background check, drug screen, and alcohol screen.
  • High school diploma or higher.
Work Environment

This position requires a professional appearance and demeanor to be maintained at all times. The employee is expected to work overtime when requested and be on-call based on a rotation basis. Overtime is frequently available.
