KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome residents, guests, and team members with warmth and respect.
  • Deliver appetizing meals while ensuring resident satisfaction.
  • Document guest meal preferences and communicate with the Business Office Director.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of special meals and events.
  • Oversee the proper storage of food and supplies.
  • Support daily operations and maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas.
  • Maintain appropriate attire and assist in all restaurant functions as required.
  • Complete daily or scheduled cleaning tasks as assigned.
  • Prepare the dining area for the next meal service before the end of each shift.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to adhere to proper food handling and sanitation standards.
  • Understanding of team dynamics, inventory management, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols, including temperature control and equipment sanitation.
  • Genuine desire to work with older adults and their families.
