Job Description

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead a large, mission-critical program with continuous (24x7) operations at our Fort Huachuca, AZ location.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management with a large enterprise contract in a DoD environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership: Lead the operational planning, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program.
  • Fiscal Management: Manage fiscal, operational, and human resources aspects of the program.
  • Business Development: Develop external funding sources.
  • Liaison: Act as the main liaison with external parties on operational matters.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical and professional leadership on a daily basis.
Requirements:
  • Clearance: Active TOP SECRET/SCI clearance.
  • Education: MA/MS +10 -OR- BA/BS +12 years managing organizations of similar size.
  • DoD Certification: DoD 8140 DCWF 801 requirements (B.S., CCISO, CISM, CISSP, or GSLC).
  • Certifications: PMP certification, ITIL v3 or higher certification.
  • Experience: Familiarity with U.S. Army mission and operational needs, understanding of U.S. Army IT requirements and systems, experience in complex information systems management.
  • Work Environment: Willingness to work non-traditional hours as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: Masters Degree in relevant field.
  • Certifications: ITIL 4 certification.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of the Army's Unified Network Plan.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience leading large technical organizations.
