Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting our sales floor operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out the trash.
  • Support sales floor operations, including collecting carts, restocking coolers, and vacuuming the front-end of the store.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations.
  • Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements for this position.
  • Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
