Your role will involve greeting clients, visitors, and team members, managing mail deliveries, and providing support for various operational tasks as required. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and informed.

Compensation:

$40,000 - $45,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to established sign-in protocols for visitors to maintain security within our premises
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently
  • Provide a warm and friendly welcome to every employee, client, and visitor at the front desk, relaying any essential information or directions
  • Assist with various administrative duties, including data entry, copying, and filing
  • Prepare coffee beverages for visitors and team members, creating memorable experiences
  • Ensure that the break room and conference areas are tidy and ready for visitors and meetings
Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent qualification
  • Comfortable handling phone calls and managing high-pressure situations
  • At least one year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
