About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated High School Social Studies Teacher to join our team at the BRICK Education Network. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students and contributing to the achievement of our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
  • Utilize data-driven instruction to drive student growth and achievement
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
  • Collaborate with peers to share best practices and drive school-wide initiatives
  • Participate in regular coaching and professional development to enhance instructional skills
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Valid teaching license/certification or active pathway to acquire one
  • Proven track record of success in teaching social studies to high school students
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
