Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage and coordinate people, activities, and resources to maximize the successful operation of the property.
- Work with upper management to determine property operating objectives and plans to achieve them.
- Develop and lead a high-performing property team to maximize performance.
- Take a hands-on approach to accomplish objectives and facilitate the successful performance of others.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of property management experience.
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Positive attitude and solution-based mindset.
- Attention to detail and professional presence.
- Ability to make informed decisions easily and decisively.
- Capacity to work with little to no supervision using effective time management and organizational skills.
- Complete tasks and projects within deadlines.
- Partner with the team to resolve issues and highlight opportunities.
- Build and maintain effective and respectful working relationships with fellow employees, suppliers, and vendors.
