Role Overview

We are seeking an Experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of HVAC projects incorporating our advanced liquid desiccant cooling systems. As a key member of our team, you will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring high-level communication with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the implementation of pilot projects using liquid desiccant cooling technology.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications, Skills and Abilities
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial HVAC industry.
  • Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is required.
  • Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering preferred with minimum of 8 years of project management experience.
  • Strong background in emerging HVAC technologies, specifically liquid desiccant cooling/dehumidification systems, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of high-level customer engagement.
  • The attitude and personality to thrive in a fast-moving venture-funded startup environment, with a drive to build a team within a growing company.
  • Certified Energy Manager (CEM) is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
