Job Summary

Kysor Warren is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Recruiter to oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for both hourly and salaried positions within our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for production, technical, engineering, and other key manufacturing roles.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment events
  • Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates and conduct initial interviews, evaluating candidates based on job requirements
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate qualifications and track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate pipeline)
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and maintain compliance with legal hiring requirements and company policies


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is a plus, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience in manufacturing, with a strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., ATS, social media, job boards)
  • Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms (e.g., iCIMS, UKG, or similar) and ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information


Preferred Qualifications:

  • SHRM or PHR certification
