Job Summary:The Registered Nurse Psychiatric will work under the supervision of the unit's nursing management to ensure quality patient care through the health care continuum. This includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, as well as delegating tasks to subordinates to ensure efficient and effective work flow.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care to individuals with psychiatric needs
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Delegate tasks to subordinates to ensure efficient and effective work flow
- Communicate and collaborate with all health team members, patients, and families effectively
- Ensure patient care needs are met in a timely manner and follow through is initiated and/or completed
- Current RN license in Massachusetts
- BLS required
- Experience in Department; great interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
