Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse Psychiatric to provide high-quality patient care in our psychiatric unit. The successful candidate will have a strong background in psychiatric nursing and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to individuals with psychiatric disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in psychiatric nursing
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in Massachusetts
  • Experience in psychiatric nursing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
