Job Title: Registered Nurse - Psychiatric

Job Summary:

This is a full-time, ongoing position that requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. As a Registered Nurse - Psychiatric, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care plans, and supervising staff to ensure the highest level of care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct clinical patient care, including assessing, planning, and implementing care plans.
  • Supervise staff to ensure the highest level of care and competency.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Requirements:
  • Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
  • Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a Registered Nurse.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
