Position Overview:
As a key member of our engineering team, you will oversee the execution of significant capital and maintenance projects within our organization. Your role will involve managing multiple projects while ensuring adherence to defined scope, quality, timeline, and budgetary constraints to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide engineering leadership for various projects, guiding a team that includes schedulers, planners, and technical personnel.
- Act as the primary liaison for major projects, addressing engineering design challenges across multiple disciplines including civil, structural, and electrical engineering.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of projects from conceptualization through to installation, testing, and commissioning, ensuring all objectives are documented and pursued effectively.
- Develop and implement communication and risk management strategies, while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Oversee engineering costs and manage changes in project scope throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with procurement and project management teams to ensure seamless integration of design and construction plans.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including project management.
- Preferred experience in power generation, commercial construction, or utility environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating multiple demands and priorities.
