Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify the qualifications and credentials of caregivers.
  • Assist caregivers in acquiring and maintaining necessary credentials.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for newly hired caregivers.
  • Ensure caregivers are informed about upcoming Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
  • Address inquiries related to payroll and benefits for caregivers.
  • Collaborate with the caregiver hiring and interview team.
  • Support general office tasks, including answering phone calls.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Human Resources is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in operating a multi-line phone system.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic computer skills are required.

Compensation begins at $23 per hour. Visiting Angels is an equal opportunity employer.
