About the Role:

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for providing leadership, mentoring, and training to less experienced staff. This role will involve making major design recommendations, planning design work, and reviewing correspondence prepared by junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides technical leadership and guidance to junior staff
  • Makes major design recommendations and design decisions
  • Plans design work by discipline for all project sizes and assigns duties to staff working on projects
  • Reviews correspondence prepared by junior staff
  • Actively participates in quality control of projects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum of 8 years of qualifying experience
  • Professional Engineer license
