We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse 2 to join our team at the Women & Children's Hospital. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the overall success of our department.
Responsibilities- Patient Care: Utilize your clinical expertise to deliver high-quality patient care, managing complex patients with minimal assistance.
- Knowledge and Skills: Stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and technologies, independently performing advanced skills and assisting others in their development.
- Professional Relationships/Leadership: Foster positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, demonstrating leadership traits that contribute to patient and departmental goals.
- Quality Improvement/Research: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects, expanding your understanding of evidence-based practice and its application to nursing care.
- Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
- Credentials: Registered Nurse (Required), Basic Life Support (Required within 30 days of hire), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (Required within 1 year of hire)
- Work Schedule: Nights, 72 hours per pay period
