Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse 2 to join our team at Charleston Area Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Provide high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical knowledge and skills, and assist colleagues in developing their skills through education and training.
  • Professional Relationships/Leadership: Demonstrate leadership skills, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive patient outcomes and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Quality Improvement/Research: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, expanding your understanding of research and its application to nursing practice.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
  • Credentials: Registered Nurse (Required) and Basic Life Support (Required within 30 days of hire)
  • Experience: 1 year of RN experience (Substitution: May substitute Formal Nursing Program for the Associate Degree)
