- Professional Relationships/Leadership: Demonstrate leadership traits that contribute to positive patient outcomes through group process and identify areas for improvement.
- Quality Improvement/Research: Expand your understanding of the research process and its application to nursing practice.
- Patient Group Knowledge: Possess and demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide developmentally appropriate assessment, treatment, or care.
- Common Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records, demonstrate positive customer service, and comply with attendance policies.
- Credentials: Possess a Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 1 year of hire.
- Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Experience: 1 year of RN experience.
This is a night shift position with a 72-hour work schedule per pay period. The location is Memorial Hospital in Charleston, WV.
