Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishing a clear vision and objectives for the Service Department to meet performance targets.
  • Leading a highly efficient sales and production operation to promptly service customers while ensuring a first-time fix experience.
  • Inspiring and motivating the team to meet key goals and performance standards in alignment with Napleton's processes.
  • Recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent for the Service Department.
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience to foster customer loyalty.
  • Ensuring the Service area is well-prepared for customers with appropriate displays and information.
  • Managing operations in accordance with Napleton and manufacturer standards and processes.
  • Analyzing business performance to identify opportunities and formulate action plans for improvement.
  • Engaging in daily operations to drive business success.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Automotive Service Management.
  • Proven ability to set and achieve performance goals.
  • Capability to attract, develop, and retain skilled personnel.
  • Experience and enthusiasm for working with technology.
  • Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to comply with company driving policies.
