Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Partner with the Senior Business Manager to train and develop Sales Associates in soft skills, business acumen, and metrics
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
  • Ensure all locations are staffed appropriately and assist with staffing needs, interviews, and hiring processes
  • Facilitate the resolution of customer service issues and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Promote and implement new products, services, and initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Estimated 80% of time in the home location and 20% on assigned territory responsibilities
  • Located in the Elmhurst, IL area and able to travel to the Darien, IL location
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of Profit & Loss statements
  • Experience in a multi-unit assistant leadership role (Spa/Sale management preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and people skills
