Nursing Manager

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in psychiatric nursing, with at least one year of experience in a hospital setting. A Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Nursing is required, along with a current RN license in the District of Columbia.
This role involves managing nursing services and exercising accountability for assigned units. Strong knowledge of fiscal management, personnel management, clinical oversight, and strategic planning is essential. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage nursing services and oversee the operation of assigned units.
- Develop and implement effective clinical policies and procedures.
- Conduct staff meetings and provide training and guidance to nursing staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery.
