Job Summary

The Manufacturing & Planning Team Lead will be part of our cloud ERP based Business Transformation journey. This role will perform analysis, design, configure, test, and support Manufacture to Order business area encompassing planning, order management, and manufacturing execution processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Focus expertise in Microsoft Dynamics ERP / Oracle Fusion / Oracle EBS - Inventory, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, and Planning modules.
  • Support Supply Chain, Production, and Operations systems and processes.
  • Create Functional requirement documents and work independently to get the design signoff from business.
  • Test the custom components and assist the users on UAT to finally migrate the changes to Production environment.
  • Analyze current business processes and assist users in making best use of systems.
  • Work with other members of the Business Systems team to help evaluate data and processes, trouble-shooting systems, and incorporating solutions as required.
  • Assess the cost/benefit of recommended process changes.
  • Follow up with managers and users to ensure compliance with new procedures and effectiveness of new systems.
  • Accountable for quality, completeness, and on-time delivery of an assigned project.
  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Work with SaaS providers for issues corresponding to the Service Requests and future product development.
  • Create training materials and provide training to users on Oracle Fusion functionalities.
  • Understand the various integrations and support Oracle Supply chain application which integrates with Custom.NET applications and other Cloud applications.
  • Work effectively with Vendors and third-party contractors in delivering the requirements.
  • Be a part of the implementation team to roll-out Oracle Cloud ERP application Procure to Pay modules for various countries integrating it with the custom homegrown applications & Microsoft Dynamics applications.
  • Engage with business users and solve the day-to-day issues as a part of Oracle support.
Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • Post-secondary education with a Computer Sciences or Business Degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience work experience as a Business analyst on either Microsoft Dynamics/ AX or Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion on the functional side.
  • Completed at least one full life cycle implementation of Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion / Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Expert functional knowledge on Manufacturing, Planning, and Order Management modules.
  • Functional knowledge on Dynamics / Oracle Supply chain, warehouse management, and costing will be an added advantage.
  • Functional knowledge on Projects module will be an added advantage.
  • Able to understand the user requirements and be able to configure the system independently for various system options across the above-listed modules to achieve the desired results.
  • Provide Design, Test, Support, and Training as required during the course of the projects.
  • Knowledge on the interfaces on Microsoft Dynamics / Oracle EBS with other applications if any.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Above average written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong business understanding in the area of specialization (supply chain and distribution areas, and the services / operations area of the organization).
  • Ability to analyze troubleshoot problems and recommend solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications on Supply Chain modules.
  • Knowledge in Technical aspects including reports, sql, workflows, and/or oaf.

Office environment.
