Job Title: Oracle SCM Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Team Lead to join our team at INSPYR Solutions. As a key member of our Business Systems team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP applications, including Procure to Pay modules, and providing technical expertise in Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP applications, including Procure to Pay modules
  • Provide technical expertise in Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS
  • Design, configure, test, and support Manufacture to Order business area encompassing planning, order management, and manufacturing execution processes
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and configure the system to meet business needs
  • Develop and maintain functional requirement documents and work closely with the technical team to develop reports, screen changes, and extensions
  • Test custom components and assist users on UAT to migrate changes to Production environment
  • Analyze current business processes and assist users in making best use of systems
  • Work with other members of the Business Systems team to evaluate data and processes, troubleshoot systems, and incorporate solutions as required
  • Assess the cost/benefit of recommended process changes and follow up with managers and users to ensure compliance with new procedures and effectiveness of new systems
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education with a Computer Sciences or Business Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with Oracle EBS/Oracle Fusion on the functional side
  • Completed at least one full life cycle implementation of Oracle EBS/Oracle Fusion
  • Expert functional knowledge on Manufacturing, Planning, and Order Management modules
  • Functional knowledge on Oracle Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, and Costing will be an added advantage
  • Functional knowledge on Projects module will be an added advantage
