Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the development and execution of a content curriculum for enterprise customers and learners, aligning with LinkedIn's broader strategic objectives.
  • Evaluate and evolve the content plan, incorporating feedback and analytics, researching current and evolving educational needs, and performing ongoing competitive analysis.
  • Identify new topic areas and learning formats to expand the breadth and depth of the Technology library for a global English audience.
  • Recruit, assess, and retain top instructor partnerships to execute the content plan, including acquiring high-profile instructors and partners, coaching partners for long-term success, and managing long-term relationships.
  • Partner with the Production and Content teams to execute the strategic content plan, including hitting publishing targets and securing a steady flow of content to key audiences.
  • Acquire and evolve a learning curriculum specific to IT/System Administration enterprise learners at any point in their career and for any skill level.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience acquiring content, negotiating legal agreements, and managing instructor and partnership relationships in publishing in Technology-related areas.
  • 3+ years of experience managing multiple projects in various stages of the product development cycle.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment of ambiguity and change.
What We Offer

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $120,000 to $195,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors, including skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
