- KPI Definition and Monitoring: Define objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success measures to guide project implementation and monitor progress.
- Communication: Effectively communicate project updates, status reports, and key milestones to internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with leadership teams to provide visibility into project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Develop a deep understanding of in-building deployment technologies and methodologies, stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in the field, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovative solutions and continuous improvement.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program/project management, preferably within a large-scale operations environment
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field
- PMP Certification or familiarity with continuous improvement, project management principles, and/or Kaizen Six Sigma

The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
