Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Order Selector to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for picking full-case produce orders onto pallets using a "hands-free" voice pick headset system. This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
  • Pick orders via headset using a voice pick system with attention to accuracy
  • Organize orders on pallets with integrity to the product
  • Operate equipment, including riding pallet jacks, safely and efficiently
  • Follow food safety quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Work in a refrigerated environment, 35-56 degrees, and lift up to 50lbs frequently

  • A competitive hourly rate of $24.00, dependent on experience and location
  • Potential 90-day performance-based raise and yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure
  • $100 meal credit to our onsite markets on the first day of work
