Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Order Picker to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse staff, you will be responsible for picking full-case produce orders onto pallets using a 'hands-free' voice pick headset system. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role that requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
  • Pick orders via headset using a voice pick system with attention to accuracy
  • Organize orders on pallets with integrity to the product (e.g. organic, fragile, etc.)
  • Operate equipment, including riding pallet jacks, safely and efficiently
  • Follow food safety quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Work in a refrigerated environment (35-56 degrees) and lift up to 50lbs frequently
  • Work without direct supervision and prioritize activities
  • Multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • A competitive hourly rate of $24.00, dependent on experience and location
  • Potential 90-day performance-based raise
