Job Title: Real Estate Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our team at SalesBountyHunter. As a Real Estate Attorney, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing real estate transactions, including residential and commercial property sales/purchases, title closing processes, and ensuring compliance with local and regional real estate attorney and realtor networks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to achieving excellent results for clients through intelligent and aggressive advocacy. You will demonstrate exceptional work ethic, high motivation, and a positive attitude, as well as the ability to work well with diverse individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of paralegals, ensuring efficient task delegation and productivity.
  • Manage and oversee the title closing process, including preparing and reviewing policies for recording and handling purchase/sales agreements.
  • Work on residential real estate transactions with some commercial work and occasional involvement in commercial real estate litigation.
  • Engage in business development by attending community activities, networking events, and professional associations.
  • Participate in presentations, speaking engagements, and other visibility efforts to help grow the firm's presence.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledgeable of residential and commercial property sale/purchase transactions, including clearing title requirements, reviewing surveys, timely recording of real estate transaction documentation, and completion/filing of title policies and other related practice areas.
  • Knowledgeable of local and regional real estate attorney and realtor networks, particularly in Palm Beach and Martin Counties.
  • Proficiency in managing the Closer's Choice real estate software, including report generation and analysis.

Location: Stuart, FL

Salary: $80,000 base salary + monthly bonuses based on productivity
