Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate law, with a focus on acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing
  • Lateral partner-level experience, with a strong track record of success in business development and leadership
  • Extensive knowledge of Colorado real estate law and regulations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school and licensed to practice law in Colorado
