Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED and/or Bachelor of Arts in Food & Beverage Management or related field.
  • One to two years of restaurant/lounge supervisory experience is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
  • Must be TIPS certified.
  • Must possess basic mathematical skills which include the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, specific to position responsibilities.
  • Must be able to analyze Food & Beverage data.
  • Proficient knowledge of software programs such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Work Environment

The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced, and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second-hand smoke, excessive noise, and constant exposure to the general public.
