About the Role

The Maintenance Manager will serve as the focal point for all maintenance activities across all sites, providing daily oversight of all functional and operational activities in maintenance of facilities, equipment, and machinery. This role ensures that all maintenance functions are conducted in accordance with appropriate safety directives, standard operating procedures, and technical manuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Maximum Efficient Operations: Direct a technical support staff to ensure maximum efficient operations of facilities, equipment, and machinery.
  • Coordinate Maintenance and Supervise Reporting: Coordinate the flow of maintenance and supervise maintenance status reporting.
  • Recommend Equipment Modifications: Recommend equipment modification for upgrades.
  • Develop and Maintain Preventative Maintenance Programs: Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs.
  • Assign and Coordinate Work: Assign and coordinate the work of maintenance staff and vendors.
  • Review and Implement Mechanical Specifications: Review and implement all mechanical specifications and manuals for current operations.
  • Coordinate Specifications and Procurement: Coordinate specifications and procurement of capital expenditures.
  • Responsible for Installation and Repair: Responsible for installation of equipment, preventative maintenance, and facility/equipment repair to support manufacturing.
  • Establish and Track Progress: Establish and track progress toward meeting the goals and objectives of process improvement procedures.
  • Ensure Job and Safety Training: Ensure all direct reports and maintenance employees receive job and safety training. Recommend and initiate personnel actions.
  • Perform Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
  • Education: Minimum education requires a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience maintaining complex, turbine powered, fixed-wing aircraft, with ten (10) years multiple-site aircraft maintenance, including complex aircraft modifications.
  • Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Govt SECRET Security Clearance. NOTE: US Citizenship is required to obtain/maintain a US Govt Secret Clearance, and facility credentials and authorization to work at this facility.
