Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a General Contractor
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing the complete construction process
  • Experience in estimating and preconstruction phases
  • Background in public, educational, multifamily, or commercial construction projects
  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
  • Potential for advancement into leadership positions
  • Excellent presentation skills and a client-focused approach

  • Competitive base salary starting at $140K+, commensurate with experience
