Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall insurance programs for Brooker Insurance clients, providing excellent customer care.
  • Educate clients about policy coverage, changes, exclusions, and insurance needs.
  • Process claims and communicate with carriers on behalf of clients.
  • Assist with all policy renewals, including information gathering, preparation of applications, customer status updates and administration of policy renewal.
  • Conduct account reviews, analysis, and audits for clients.
  • Manage agency electronic and paper files for clients.

Requirements
  • Valid Ohio Property and Casualty License required.
  • Any other insurance designations are a plus.
  • 3+ years of insurance industry experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required.
  • Proficiency in AMS360 a plus but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail is a must.
  • Ability to multi task and stay organized in a fast-paced work environment.
