As a Sportsbook Cashier, you will utilize exceptional customer service skills to assist patrons at the Wild Rose Resorts Sportsbook and Off Track Wagering Terminals. Your responsibilities will include managing cash transactions during your shift, ensuring accuracy in recording all financial exchanges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue and redeem Sportsbook and OTB tickets while addressing customer inquiries.
  • Adhere to departmental policies, internal controls, and gaming regulations.
  • Promote the amenities available at the property and effectively resolve guest concerns.
  • Deliver a high standard of service to enhance the guest experience.
