**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sportsbook Cashier to join our team at Wildrose Resorts. As a key member of our Sportsbook team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service to our players, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist players at the Sportsbook with their betting needs, providing accurate and timely information.
• Manage bank monies during assigned shifts, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Record transactions accurately, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Issue and pay out Sportsbook tickets, resolving any discrepancies or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving guest complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Promote property amenities and services, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our guests.
