Job Summary

As a key member of our maintenance team at Waterton, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical condition of our communities and equipment meets our high standards. Your responsibilities will include completing unit make-readies, conducting preventative maintenance, responding to service requests, performing janitorial duties, and maintaining a safe and hazard-free environment.

Your Impact and Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by completing resident service requests and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance, maintaining accurate records and ensuring the highest level of quality.
  • Prepare apartments for occupancy by effectively completing the make-ready process, including move-out/move-in inspections, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, appliance repairs, and preventative maintenance.
  • Contribute to maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our communities by ensuring grounds, amenities, exteriors, and common areas are free from debris.
  • Utilize safe work practices and precautions to maintain a safe work environment.
What You'll Bring

  • Proven problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience in building maintenance, skilled trades, or comparable experience.
  • Experience with apartment maintenance technology and systems is strongly preferred.
  • EPA-CFC Certification is strongly preferred; EPA-LBP certification is required for properties older than 1978.

Typical Base Pay Range: $25.50 per hour, plus bonus program participation. This pay range is base pay only and does not include additional compensation or bonuses. The actual pay may vary depending on related work experience, certifications, education, and other job-related factors.
